Refund policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid Software Infrastructure courses and seats confirmed in writing.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation email. Cancellations between thirteen and seven days before start may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. After that window, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as noted under exceptions.
Timeframe to request
Send refund requests promptly and no later than thirty (30) days after the event that triggers eligibility (for example, a cancelled cohort on our side).
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refunds apply to timely cancellations or when we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable transfer. Partial refunds apply to the mid-window cancellations described above. Seat transfers to a later cohort may be offered instead of cash refunds when capacity allows.
Non-refundable items
Completed live sessions already delivered, downloadable template packs once accessed after course start, and third-party exam or filing fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@software-infrastructure.digital with your full name, cohort code, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.
Cancellation by Software Infrastructure
If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort, you may transfer or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
We may grant goodwill refunds for documented medical emergencies or other serious circumstances at our discretion. Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected.
