A calm audit-prep rhythm
Teams near our Gwanak studio often ask for a calendar, not a pep talk. Here is a four-week rhythm that keeps consumer protection audit prep from collapsing into the final Friday.
Week 1 — Scope on paper
Write the journey, period, and three risk questions. Circulate to product and CX leads. If they cannot name owners for each question, stop—you do not have a scope yet.
Week 2 — Inventory & access
Confirm who can export tickets, which policy store holds dated versions, and whether test devices are available. Access delays are the most common silent killer of audit calendars in Korea-based fintech teams we coach.
Week 3 — Sample & interview
Pull the strata, schedule three short interviews, and run one observation of a live CX queue if allowed. Capture notes the same day; memory decays faster than backlog tickets arrive.
Week 4 — Memo & remediation draft
Draft findings early enough for a peer critique. Leave two days for owners to challenge evidence before leadership sees the pack. Re-test plans can be light; they must still name a date.
